Thanks to the Czech Housing Fund, we are actively operating in the segment of rental housing, which has a great perspective and an interesting long-term evaluation. We provide complete services and services associated with active property management including economic, business, technical, operational and legal services. We actively manage and perform effective portfolio management to maximize returns.
Investments
We seek opportunities in the market and invest where we see strong growth potential for the future. We invest in equity participation in growing medium-sized companies as well as interesting projects. We provide acquisitions, equity management and company development.
We come up with ideas and projects in segments with growing demand, especially in the area of retail leisure services (entertainment, tourism). We finance our projects from our own and foreign sources. We create projects and long-term partnerships with our financial and equity partners.

Tourism
The tourism segment is very popular and grows up every year. We own four travel agencies specialized in summer and fall vacations in Greece, Croatia, Cyprus and Montenegro. Other companies provide tailored-made services for the upscale audience segment and set them individual vacations and trips all around the world. Total turnover of our travel business exceeds 1 billion CZK and we plan further expansion for the next season. We rank among the TOP 4 tour operators in the Czech Republic. At the moment we provide services to more than 100 thousand clients. We are Number 1 in terms of the widest range of vacations in Croatia, Greece, Cyprus and Montenegro in the Czech market.
